A Life That Began Beside the Fire
Born in Midyat in 1984, Hasan Ak moved to Adana with his family at a young age. His early working life introduced him to the culture of fire, meat and mastery at the heart of kebab.
After arriving in Istanbul in 2003, his new journey in the kitchen quickly grew into a deep passion. Seeing happiness around the table inspired him to pursue his craft even further.
